Network drivers ?

Hi people,

I need some help.
Windows 7 7601
Asus z97 deluxe
Today I wanted to uninstall a font (an Helvetica Neue Black). But windows kept saying some program was using it. So I rebooted in safe mode. Deleted it. Rebooted in normal mode.

Problem is: since then neither ethernet nor wifi work.
Ethernet says it's "activated" but not connected in any way to any network
Wifi says it's connected to my wifi network but with "limited access" aka => no access at all.

Does someone have some clues about what's happenned here ?

EDIT: I'm thinking of reformatting entirely.

 

EDIT 2: Formatted (there was only windows on this drive). I'm a brute. I'm leaving this here in case someone has the same kind of thing in ten years, and maybe someone will know what's happened. I don't, and I am VERY experienced in windows drivers issues and other windows oddities.
