I would personally go with the SSD and skip the Hyper 212 and just get that (or something better) at a later date. It would also be worthwhile to get a psu that is 650w (or greater) if you're considering going SLI in the future that way you won't have to upgrade it. And if you're 100% positive you won't go SLI then I would get a cheaper Z97 board (MSI Z97 PC Mate) and save some more money ($40~).

You should also grab 2 cheap fans for this build.  One 140mm (top exhaust), and one more 120mm.

 

Oh, and for $10 more you can get an SLI PCI-E 3.0 ready Mobo.

 

Ram was chosen as a single 8GB stick so you can pop in another when the time comes.
