The Define r4 is a great case, and many people like it. You will find a lot of them in the build logs section. 

One thing that I have a question about is if you do some modding like taking out the 5.25 inch drives and making the cut out could you put a 360 radiator in the top? Also what is the thickest radiator you can fit in the top?

I think the fractal arc midi would be the best/smallest case for watercooling.  The offset mounting for the top radiator makes all the worlds difference and helps the case not need to be quite so tall.

 

That being said it's hard to have excellent water cooling support and have a case still be small but with some creative modding almost anything can be accomplished.
