who is haswell and why is he on my cpu?

Go to solution Solved by Hazza123,

The main difference Between yours an the I5 4690k is that any CPU with k at the end means it can over clock . were as your cpu does not have a k at the which means as I said you will be sadly unable to overclock your cpu.

I have an 15 4690 3.5ghz. what is the diff between that and i5 4690k haswell? is my cpu ok to overclock? how much more wattage are you looking at if you do overclock. im a noob to hardware so be nice and thorough please. thanks! cheers, DZA
