Well, I'm having a problem with my router, and I was wondering if any of you could help me out.

Problem:

-No Network Access (even on Ethernet)

-No Wifi Transmission

My Modem is loading all the lights. However, the "link" light blinks amber when plugged into the router. (Blinks blue with connected to computer)

I cannot access my router through router or the ip through a browser.

I have tried to reset the router multiple times

The router is a few months old

I have Motorola modem and a Belkin router. (Specific model numbers when I return to my home)

My internet is fine if I plug the connection straight into my computer.

Thanks for the help and have a great day!

Addition:

My internet is fine if I plug the connection straight into my computer, but I still need my router to be able to use my school laptop.
