fixable 4790k?

Could somebody let me know if it's fixable, you can see the damage in the last pic.

and if it is, plz dont just get it for urself.  finders keepers i guess

I would say that is dead - but some people can do wonders with a soldering iron. If it weren't for the lower left corner damage it may just work.

Personally I would avoid it. Some of the edge contacts are ripped off, but an even bigger issue is that a large amount of the solder mask/trace area has been damaged, so the chances of fixing this processor is slim(non existent pretty much).

I thought Intel cpus were only made in Malaysia and Costa Rica, not Vietnam
