Tier 2 and 3 pre-purchase packages have yet to include any information, I might forgive them for the delay if they include GTA SA since I have been feeling like playing it again lately..

 

It will be interesting to see pricing and the other tier content, none of this is confirmed and so it's not necessarily final.

Seems like a nice gesture, but it's not a huge value add IMO. Hell, you could get all the 3D GTAs up to and including GTA IV for 10 bucks a few weeks ago.

This is true, but for people who weren't going to buy that but were going to get GTA V anyway it's not bad. However, I do not really support pre-purchasing anyway I would consider this if I get a game I know works :)

Tbh at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it was delayed again.

It's only delayed till March because they want consoles to get that new heists DLC first. All the stuff about how R* is "making the game better" by delaying the release is all BS.

Oh I know that. What will they do if there is another major update for consoles in March? Delay PC so we don't get it again probably.

Heists is coming our before the original PC release date of the 27th Jan.

GTA SA Steam version is a POS after that update that removed a lot of things, wasted some of the 15 bucks on the GTA Complete pack.
