This is my first time posting something up here, however, I have more of a question here.  I'm building a computer for a friend, and they're working on limited funds, we're talking about 1k, and he wants a computer that can run AUTOCAD (Maya) as well as other workstation functions all the while being able to game on his rig.  now, he doesn't want to build 2 pc's to solve this problem.  And we were probably looking at a dual GPU setup.

This is the link showing all of the parts being considered to place into this rig.

so basically the two gpu's in question is the firepro v4900 (1gb ddr5) and the Sapphire r9 270 (2gb ddr5)

I just want to know if I can use both on the same screen without having to worry about a dual boot. and is there a way to switch which card you use with each application through the software.  Please help a Tech in training! :)

You can get a better case for $50 and you should get a different PSU, stick to units from Corsair, Cooler Master, Seasonic, Silverstone, EVGA, Be Quiet, XFX, and Rosewill. You also don't need 700w for that system. As for the other questions, someone else will have to chime in for that.
