Problem with Memory, GPU or board ?

Hello guys, i have a problem, i just buy the parts for a new pc, and i got this problem, if i place the  KINGSTON PC3-12800 1600MHZ 8GB HYPERX FURY BLACK CL10 (2X4GB) DDR3  i dont get any video on the monitor, everything works but the gpu stop's, the thing is that the rest keep working, i have tested all slots, etc, and dont get any Bip from the speaker too.

I tryed out with my old memory a kingstone 2x4 1333mh'z and the pc start to boot, and its everything ok.

 

My spec's are:

 

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0gh'z

GPU: Asus GTX 970 STRIX OC

Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming

Memory: KINGSTON PC3-12800 1600MHZ 8GB HYPERX FURY BLACK CL10 (2X4GB) DDR3 ( with these the GPU goes down, but the collers, board etc they keep working) 

Power suply: Tacen MARs 700w

The ram is broken, obviously. RMA it.
