The computer is really nice.

The problem I have is the GPU is too weak, but I understand why: The form factor,. and the GeForce 900M series was not released at the time this system was released, sadly.

If you can wait, I would wait for a refresh with Nvidia latest GPU. I would actually wait for Windows 10 release, and know more information on DirectX 11.3 and 12 (will the GPU support either or both? Will the system have drivers and the software it comes with Windows 10 ready?)

Also, maybe at that time, the system will be available with an SSD, or you could get one and upgrade yourself and do an image copy of the HDD into the SSD. Price of SSD should continue to fall a bit by then (although not by much).

The SSD will really make the system start in no time, and help you get started in your games, especially if you plan to stream games from your gaming PC to your TV.

Thank you goodbytes for information. I just hope it can run the games fine. I plan on using 24 inch monitor

There is also ASUS that has a similar system that might be worth considering: the ASUS ROG GR8. It was showed at CES.

Linus said in one of his CES video that he the Alienware Alpha has been requested a lot for him to review. So maybe it's worth waiting a bit.

It has apparently a custom GPU from Nvidia, so it's not something that is easy for us to really tell the performance.

568-ish without rebates, about the same amount of power, but double the ram and hard drive. Just gotta buy your own controller though

Edit: MUCH MORE UPGRADABLE

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Not sure how to check what part works with what? Check out my compatibility guide!
