gtx 970 return policy

i guys a bit off topic here, but i bought the 970 at micro center on 12/21/14 (Dec 21) and it's been 21 days since. i wanted to return it back BUT.... the return policy says

''notebook/laptops, desktop computers, tablets, processors, motherboard, camerars, projector and cd/dvd may be returned within 15 days''

 

 

unless stated above your purchase may be returned within 30days of purchase. 

 

Now im worried, is my gtx 970 part of '' desktop computers '' which mean my 15 days is over and i can't return it back.

or is it part of the 30 days? if so i have 9 days left ;o 

I tried calling them but no answer. 

 

PLEASE TELL ME ITS 30 DAYS ;(

I think it may be considered to be under 15 days, since motherboards and processors are under that category. 

But a GPU isn't a desktop computer, desktop computers are pre-built computers/all in one. 

So it might come under other products.

According to what you said, most likely. You can't return things like CPUs and Motherboards probably due to bent pins being a thing.

GPU stands for graphics Processing Unit

So a GPU is a Procceser in theory.

However just go their and negotiate saying it wasn't clearly stated or whatever.
