MSI Z77A-GD55 Intel Z77 Corsair Builder Series CX 600w Modular Patriot (2x 4GB) Intel Extreme Masters Dual Memory Module Kit

This costs £387 ( im getting the i7 very cheap from a friend)

Every thing else the same and this comes to £392

I am going to be using this for gaming hosting a server and video editing I think the intel would be better and cheaper but i friend convinced me to ask

If you think i should change anything just say oh and i will be upgrading my graphics card hence the 600w psu

"I am going to be using this for gaming hosting a server and video editing" Hyper-threading would help I guess.

So will the Octacore...

If you will be streaming, the 8350 will be a lot better.

The most important thing of all, DO NOT BUY a WD green as an OS drive. They are made for storage, they are horribly slow. Get a WD Blue / Black or a Seagate Barracuda.

I've seen the WD green drive reviews. The newer ones are about as fast as my Blue.

The OP said the 8320.

5400 rpm and autosleep, not recommended for OS, not even by WD =P

Here atleast the Barracuda and the WD are about the same price, and the Barracuda is a safer bet for an OS drive.

Oh, sry, still my point stands, and to OC the 8320 to a 8350 can be done easily.
