Don't I have to use a boot loader

Windows has a built in bootloader. You can choose which operating system you want to use when you boot your computer.

To partition your drive, search up 'partition' or 'disk management' in windows and open the application that comes up. From there you can shrink the size of your partition and create some unallocated space where you will install Windows 10.

Honestly, if you don't know how to partition a drive, I'm not sure if you should go around installing Windows 10. It's possible something could go wrong. Just putting it out there - I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your computer. Everything you do is at your own risk.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
