It's good for gaming

Viewing angle is terrible

Colours are probably mediocre AT THE VERY BEST, expect bad colors

it will be fine for gaming its TN so do not expect the best colours or viewing angles, IPS would be the best option for a 1080p 60hz display

Are there any IPS monitors? not sure what stores you have access to

Well I looked and found some IPS monitors with <5ms response time but wasnt sure if they were in your price range as they are Ft.
