Kind of hard unless you have a lot of money to begin with, or friends in the tech industry.

For learning more, it all comes down to research. Look into the individual parts and learn more about them. When you come across a word you don't know research it and find out what it does.

For the YouTube channel, you can't do well without money to start with. The bar of what is acceptable has been raised so much by the massively improved production quality of the average YouTube video and users have a much higher expectancy for quality of the videos. Having a channel is an investment. You will have to run in the red for awhile in order to do well and enjoy it as well.

then where can i learn more or better? and for a youtube channel what could i do for a very limited budget?

The way I got into PCs was building my own PC, I spent months reading benchmarks and benchmarking techniques, learnt what each component did, but also just played around with settings and stuff on windows, I ran linux for a bit and just messed about with stuff, I needed a part time job to pay for my PC components, but it was the time spent reasearching them that was great.

Tom's hardware, annandtech, OC3D are good sites to look on.
