Hi guys, some background info, I'm buying the ssd,ram and case from amazon so the prices are converted to my currency, Singapore dollars. The other parts are locally obtained so the prices may seem alittle inflated compared to the US. The gpu is second hand.

I'm going for a 1080p high/max setting 60 fps gaming build. Would I need the case fan or am i fine with the stock fans with the case? Also, any other budget friendly cases under 100 with decent cable management? Hope to get some inputs here :)

Certainly a solid build for your region. I've no qualms with it, especially considering how difficult it can be to get some of these parts in Singapore.

If you are not planning to do huge overclocks, than stock fans /w case should be fine. Maybe one or two. I personally love Corsair cases, but doesn't really matter when you are playing. I personally own a Corsair 300r which is around 75 USD, and I love it, but you can't really  go wrong with anything. Ram and SSD are fine.

Yeah I really hate how much higher the prices are over here. Thanks for the input!

I don't plan on overclocking at all actually xD. Thanks I wasn't sure if the extra fan would've been necessary. I was looking at the corsair 200r which is 90 SGD but i think it kinda looks really bad.. how was your experience building with the 300r?

Both the case you supplied in the part picker and 300r are at cases. But if you are planning to use them anyway they both should have modifiable posts don't quote me on that. My overall experience with 300r was great. Many fan spots despite you not needing them. Usb 3 in the front even though I have no idea why that isn't standard yet. Block for leds for hdd power led etc. I believe comes with 2 fans and 3 or 4 hdd ssd mounts and quite big. My case worked for what I needed but there may be a better option for you.
