A weird problem with computer not responding.

So this is the third time that i've left my computer without turning it off or putting it in sleep and when i come back i'll go to click on a chrome tab for example and the browser stops responding. I'll then click on skype and that also stops responding then i will control, alt, delete to try to bring up task manager and even that stops responding then i'm forced to force shutdown.

 

This seems to only happen when i leave my computer and come back to it and it doesn't happen often. I have no other problems other than this with my comp so idk why it happens. Any ideas?

How long is it on without rebooting?

 

I reboot my PC like every 2-3 days. Usually leave it on overnight.
