You always want positive pressure, it keeps dust out

Keep in mind that if you don't have a dust filter down there that is going to be an extremely large source of dust and other things entering your system if you use it as intake.

What is better for the bottom fan?Intake or exhaust? My case is air 240 so I have 2 intake in the front 2 exhaust and now I will be adding in the bottom..exhaust or intake?thanks guys!

Intake, that way you have three in and two out, giving you nice positive pressure :)

intake, but to be honest you probably don't need a fan in the bottom, if you keep your pc on the floor like most people, a bottom intake is gonna be where most your dust comes from and its probably not gonna affect temps much.
