That's... a bit of a vague question? Could you be more precise? Otherwise CoolaxGaming's got it right

can i lower the wimax ping?

 

I have a customer connecting via. WiMax and his wireless link has sub 1ms latency. You're asking for a bit much. Your latency is happening elsewhere.
