scroll lock freezing skyrim

I use Scroll Lock for my push to talk button but while playing skyrim it lags it to the point where it seems to be frozen and if I do it enough it will crash the game and i would like to know why

 

I am using many mods as you must while playing skyrim and fear it is one of those but I am unsure

I've never played sky rim, but can you archive mods and then try playing without them?

Try disabling some mods that change keybindings, interface, etc.. in NMM. find out which one is the culprit and remove it
