Moving OS to an SSD

Hi, so I've had my computer for a few months and have had everything installed on a HDD, recently I've gotten an 240GB ssd and I want to move my OS onto the SSD , without having to reinstall everything because I can't find my windows copy. Can anyone help?

DriveImage XML is pretty good.

You need to get the used storage space of your HDD to under the size of the SSD (By more the better) then clone the drive across, using something like DriveImage XML as winnut said, or Acronis trueimage., then unplug that drive, and make sure the computer can boot from the cloned SSD.
