"Bootmgr is missing"

Hello, I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 through a flashdrive and I get this error everytime I boot the system through the flash drive.

theres a problem with the iso or your not burning it to the flash drive correctly

If you're just unpacking the iso that's not how it works... Use this: http://wudt.codeplex.com/

(it says W7, but works with W8 too)

yes use that program or use TransMac
