I've had a quick look and I can't find any either. You could look into getting a custom one made or starting a group buy.

Where could I make a custom one? And what's group buy?

A group buy is what massdrop do, where lots of people pledge to buy a thing that would otherwise been too expensive or just not made was it not for the guaranteed sales, they take a long time to come to anything though.

If you know someone with a 3D printer you might be able to do something, but I don't know of any companies that do one off caps. Maybe have a look on GeekHack forums.
