help guys! my computer wont turn on, I tried to change the RAM and Power Supply but it wont turn on... I think the problem is the motherboard? what do you think guys?

List your system specs please. Also, describe how its not powering on(ie: no life at all, powers on but won't post, etc.).

it is an old computer.. uhm, all fans are turned on when opening, but computer wont turn on, no signal monitor and numlock of keyboard dont have light.. means that computer wont boot

Since you changed out the power supply, check all of your connections to make sure that all of the cables are fully seated and in the correct places. You might have to try using your old power supply again to see if the problem persists(if possible). What model of PC do you have?
