i still get as pop ups and i can still see ads all over and sometimes only their frame of an ad

Actually, since linustechtips doesn't currently have ads, a plug-in(or possibly virus) must be causing the ads. My guess is that "HQ Video Pro" is causing this, so you might have to disable this application(plug-in) in your extensions menu.

In related things. I currently seem to have a bit of malware affecting my Chrome. It's popping up malicious ads, but ONLY when I go to a certail twitch stream page, EVERYTHING else is fine
