Never paid attention to the pressure and since most people don't, i'll take a guess and i'll say that it doesn't affect performance (but don't quote me on that)

No,there is nothing to gain by using them for our purposes.

 

Due to the thicker tubing,the performance would be reduced if anything.

5 bar is just how much pressure the liquid in the rad can be put under before the manufacturer expects a fault to occur somewhere on the rad, it's just a safety measure. 5 bar is a lot for a loop tbh it's about 71.5PSI.

As for what kind of faults. The 5 bar is an acceptable pressure limit for the radiator before any damage will occur. Cracks, distortion, or in extreme case rupture.

Its manufacture sales pitch hype as you would never see that kind of pressure in any Normal PC water loop.
