Where i live it costs €700 exacly, which is his budget.(rip off, i know but this is how it is here...)

Are there any compatibility issues/bios updates needed in order for everything to work?
Any suggestions in terms of parts that i should consider?Should i also add an aftermarket cooler?

Thanks in advance.
