Use a something like Oracle VirtualBox and install the Windows 7 .iso file in the VM.

Oracle Virtualbox is one option, it is a great platform, it allows for multiple VM's to be use at the same time, the thing is it doesn't work on every PC, and from my personal experience it isn't as reliable as one might want it to be.

Currently I am using VMware player on my PC, it only allows for one VM AFAIK (I haven't tried running multiple instances), it also allows you to select the virtualization type. I don't have as much experience with VMware player yet, so I can't say for sure if it is better in any way, they should be pretty much equal.

Those are the only ones I would recommend, I haven't had to try other VM's yet.
