My and my friends computers not connecting to wifi.

Hey everyone,

 

As the title says me and my friends computer cant connect to wifi. I finished building mine a week ago, he just finished his today. We are not in the same house we are on different networks and we both have different mobos. He has a asus h97 plus and I have a gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P. I think we both have wifi built in right? We are also both on Windows 8.1 64bit. Any suggestions?

Neither of these boards have built-in Wifi, you both will need to buy either a USB Dongle or PCI/e Wifi card
