is what i got in my task manager, any idea which one is the adware. (damn I'll never let my sister use my PC)

hmmmm, hid.exe looks suspicious. Try this, Download malwarebytes(free version):  https://www.malwarebytes.org/  , run a full scan and then take a screenshot of the the end result, once the scan finishes.Next download Avast(free version):https://www.avast.com/en-us/index   run a full scan on that, then post your results. Looks like you may have a trojan/virus/malware, etc.

Hey everyone, I've got a very annoying problem. my programs go into the background while using them. For example: I am typing this call for help right now in chrome. At random (every 15-30 seconds) my chrome would go into the state as if there would be another program in the foreground while chrome is the only program that I have open on my PC. It's very annoying because typing and scrolling (and working) on the PC becomes a pain in the ***. I hope some of you can help me with this problem. All the help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like Adware. Upon up task manager and see what processes start in the 'all processes' tab.

CSRSS.exe

edit: Winlogon.exe

Download malware bytes and scan your PC. Also delete those programs manually by opening the file location, ending the process and quickly deleting the files from there directory.

I had scanned everything with malwarebytes before and malwarebytes couldn't find anything. But I deleted hid.exe and my problem seems to be fixed.

Thanks everyone!
