For cooling it does not really matter. It will cool your cpu in any position. On back or on top.

What do you mean by .. 'untop'?

Are you referring to the tubing?

No it wont. Its full of water. Its a closed loop so dont worry about it.

or you could do a ghetto mount it on top of a mouse-pad box like me (i was cleaning off fans and the rad and got lazy and didnt put it back in for a few days lmao)

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .
