I get the 970. 970 is the best price/performance out there. The 780 cost just as much as the 980.

Which one will YOU choose ?

The performance is very similar. But the 970 has 1 more gb of VRAM. It depends on the price. If they are the same then 970.

The GTX970 is newer and less power hungry and has better OC headroom

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I had both chips and they are very similar in performance. Sometimes the 780 wins, sometimes the 970.

For the same price i'd go 970.

@Saint9999 There´s a function called multiquote, it´s next to the regular quote button, just press the MultiQuote button on all of the post you want to quote, and then press the Reply to [X] quoted post(s)
