I'd go for an i7 4790 or 4790K instead if you can afford it, that and a Z97 or H97 mobo, if you can't afford to swap the 8350 and m5a99x mobo out then what you've got in there now is fine.

 

Other than that it looks pretty good.

I know that streaming like more cores and I just really like the 8359

it should run quite well. newer Nvidia GPUs have a H.264 encoder on board, and Nvidia shadowplay(which I use) and I think OBS and some others can leverage it while streaming, so the performance while streaming doesn't suffer as much as you'd expect

Th 4790k isn't really worth it with like 10-15 more fps for about 150$ more
