I'd go for an i7 4790 or 4790K instead if you can afford it, that and a Z97 or H97 mobo, if you can't afford to swap the 8350 and m5a99x mobo out then what you've got in there now is fine.

 

Other than that it looks pretty good.

I want to know how good this will run

it should run quite well. newer Nvidia GPUs have a H.264 encoder on board, and Nvidia shadowplay(which I use) and I think OBS and some others can leverage it while streaming, so the performance while streaming doesn't suffer as much as you'd expect
