See, I don't have a daily driver. I am tired of using my weak IPad mini for all my needs.

I was thinking of getting a New Intel Nuc, with a 5th generation i3. Due to me needing something cheap, with good price per performance, and my limited space. What do you guys think?

I was hoping under 400$

No, because I intend on keeping my PS4, due to all of my comrades and I having one.

But, one of the reasons I wanted the more expensive 5th gen because of the better igpu.

Never played tf2 before, want to give it a whirl.
