3 display set up

So I am buying a 3rd monitor and  was wondering if i should just get a HDMI to VGA adapter, O should I get This http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-P9222-ATI-Fire-GL-V3100-128MB-DDR-128-Bit-VGA-DVI-PCIe-x16-WS-Video-Card-/361171115226?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item541779dcda so I could get 2 analog monitors, What do you think?

I think your priorities are a bit fucky. A new mid range GPU would be better than another monitor.

That wasn't the Question, I dont need a new GPU.
