Unstable Power saving Overclock

jonn.

Well my 4690k reached a:

Core: 4.7ghz *Fixed*

Ring: 4.2ghz

Vcore: 1.23 *Fixed*

VRing: 1.23

Vccin: 1.900

With a 14hr XTU Stress test stable

After I put Cstates onand changed to dynamic/eist and adaptive mode, Computer now crashes rarely (after 4-5hrs of use) of casual use (youtube etc).

Where should I start troubleshooting?
