​Is there any difference between these 280's ? Just want to know because i am buying my parts tomorrow.

They should be almost the same, maybe different packages, it's very hard to tell since amazon has the worst description ever.

Sapphire R9 280 DUAL X has only one version

 

they are the same GPU

 

buy the cheapest one

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
