Ok, i have a question.
What about the people who don't care about graphics? The people who don't care about how fancy the trees or how vivid the rivers look. What should they be looking for in a PC?
Now let me get more specific. My personal play style is to turn all the graphics down to the lowest setting they can go and turn my Resolution to as high as i can (1920 x 1080) so I can have somewhere around 120 and 150 FPS while shit is going down.

Since I'm pretty sure i don't need the top notch PC hardware, what are some recommendations/specifications for hardware that i could have?

I know this might be a stupid question, but all i see are high end builds so i don't really know what i need for my personal preference.

Ok, i have a question.

I do too, why would you feel the need to do this?

I assume if you are budget hardware you are not running a 144hz monitor, therefore you only need to run games at 60fps to take full advantage of your display

even a relatively low priced $500 PC can drive 1080p at 60fps medium to high settings, so why would you run it on lowest?

Obviously if you use very underpowered hardware then it might make sense but even like a $100 graphics card could manage 1080p 60 medium settings

Well its pointless to go over 60fps if you're only using a 60hz panel...

Honestly, I'd say to just nab a cheap graphics card then, or even slim things down to an APU like the AMD A10-7850K and skip the discreet graphics card altogether. Chances are you could save a lot of money on a build and keep it to about $500-ish USD.
