hello,

i have a question is it possible to mix 2 rams together

I currently own a xm3 8gb corsair RAM and i will be buying a

is it possible or will it botch up the memory/ram on it? do i have to buy 2 of the same gb (4x4) sticks? or just models and its bus speed?

If they're running at the same speed, the chances of a problem occurring are minimal :)

It's best to have all of the ram be the exact same ram. That being said, you shouldnt have too much of an issue, as long as the timings and speed are the same.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

make sure both ram sets runs at the same VOLTAGE this is the most important...then check for similar specs ram kits and it should in theory be fine.
