Get my speakers working...

Hey, i was going to get my speakers working but i couldnt so i started to try stuff, and i ended up deleting the speakers on my sound"thingy"

at the control panel and now i dont know what to do, reboot pc or re-plug in the cable doesnt do shit.

 

 

hope it was understandable, and thanks alot.
