Network attached storage has been roughly the same for a while. New products come, old ones go, but there's not many innovations around anymore. At CES, the company ioSafe is showing off a fireproof and waterproof NAS box with a 5 drive capacity. They've previously made a similar unit with only 2 drives, and both are based on a Synology design.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.1 Corinthians 13:4
