How do I unblock a website?

I've been having some trouble. There is a website called Furaffinity.net and I can access it just fine on my laptop and PlayStation 4, but whenever I try to get on it on my iPad a message pops up that says, "Website Restricted: please type in your restrictions passcode." How do you get past this?

Ditch the IPad.
