Hey guys,

 

So I am following Linus' buyer's guide and am looking to make this machine ( : http://gyazo.com/ff8a6b6db654fe63b3ce4f6afab6e5cc ).

I am making some minor adjustments, instead of 16GB RAM I take 8 GB and I already have a SSD and HDD and GPU ( GTX 970 ).

 

But the problem is, the power supply is not sold in the Netherlands not in online or normal stores. 

So I need help finding a replacement for it.

So instead of the Corsair HX750 I have to buy the .............

 

Same specs and around the same price please.

If it must be AIO then the Corsair H110 or H105, otherwise the NH-D15

Well I am following the Buyers Guide and the Nepton was a Liqiud cooler.

 

What would you suggest?

NH-D15 is quieter, more reliable and has about the same performance of an AIO but is bulky and pretty ugly if that matters to you but I recommend the NH-D15.

 

Nothing wrong with AIO's though

I dont care about the looks are something, it is about the performance at the end of the day.

But wait, I got some spare money left, so I can do 2 things, go from 8GB RAM to 16GB RAM or instead of the i7 4770k the 4790k. ( could do both if it brings alot more performance. )

Do check that the NH-D15 is compatible with your case before ordering it

 

As for the upgrade I say go with a good Z97 board and 4790k (Much better temps and 0.5GHz higher stock clock, very much worth it) and get 16GB later

MSI Gaming or Gigabyte gaming is you want good onboard sound and a cool looking board

 

Asus Z97 for a more well-rounded MB with an intel NIC

Sound in important to me, + my 970 is Gigabyte G1 so...

If sound is important then go MSI or Gigabyte indeed.

 

I personally would go with MSI Gaming 5 but I just like that board :D
