Transfering an ISO from 1 USB to another?

I have a bootable USB with an ISO file on it, but it's a bad USB and I want to transfer the files onto something faster.

 

If I format the better USB and simply copy-paste the files from the bad USB to the good USB, will the good USB be become bootable or does it not work that way?

It doesn't work that way because the boot sector is stored in the filesystem, not as a file.
