windows 7 not booting

Hi I have a windows 7 computer that won't boot past the windows logo and when it gets to the windows logo it does a start up repair that fails. I have try the start up repair 20 and it has failed every time. I have also try a safe mode start up but it does the same thing as before.

If someone could help me thanks.
