So i got my H440 before xmas and moved all my parts over into it. But when it came to the fan hub i put my noctua voltage reducers on the fans and the reducers  started heating up idk if its from the 12v that supplys the fan hub if its normal for them to heat up but there where hot like way to hot to touch. Anything i can do to make the fan hub 7v rather then 12v.

how is the hub connected? molex? sata? or a 3/4pin fan header  in the first 2 cases you cant do anything unless the hub is controllable and a 4 pin header can be controlled becaus its pwm

a 3 pin mayby with software but im not shure

can't you connect the fans to you mobo?

You can do a really easy mod to the molex connector for the fan hub to change the voltage to 7v or 5v - I changed mine to 7v a while ago. Linus has a video on it:

All you need is a small screwdriver or something similar to pull the molex pins and swap them around a little, just refer to the video about where to put the pins. I'd recommend putting some masking tape on each wire and writing the colour before pulling them since they're all black.

Only thing is you'll have to pull the pins which supply power for the led lighting but you can plug these in to a new molex connector, just make sure to put them the same as you pulled them (5v).
