Hello, so my brother decided a couple months ago he wanted a gaming pc. Now that christmas has passed and he has his christmas money and all that saved he has enough for a pc build for sure now. So before christmas i asked for some help making sure i was doing okay and was wondering what people suggested instead of what i might have picked.

So for my question and what i want help with. I am once again and for probably the final time for his computer for now, What are some parts you might use instead of what i picked. His budget is $1400 and nothing more unless its not going too far at all over that. making it as good but as low cost as i can is what i feel i need right now so if you know of anything at all to make this computer better or cheaper let me know! Anything at all, please. I need help with this since this is my first build.

Also i am really unsure about the cpu and if its too much and cpu cooler and if there is anything as good or better that would look better in the case possibly. Any suggestions for either of those would be awesome! Thank you!!

ps. im writing this quickly so sorry if there is something i possibly missed. any help at all is great!! thank you!!

The pc build link for pc part picker is this i think. more updated
