Hello Linus tech tips community!

I am building my first pc, it is lius's 4k PC. Here is the link: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/166464-parts-list-for-ultimate-4k-gaming-pc-build-guide/

So in that build he has dual 780 TI graphics cards. I thinking of getting dual nvidia gtx Titan blacks, will everything in that build still be compatible to get the Titan instead, like the PSU, motherboard, etc(The build is the link :-))?

Also is the Nvidia Titan black better than the Nvidia Gtx 980?

Thank you so much for all your help! :-)

Hope I was able to help! :D

I'm not a tech expert, but I do know a lot about Computers and Networking that I taught myself.

If you have any questions for me, feel free to PM me or reply to my post :)

I'd go with dual 980s. (The 980s would be better).

That's a pretty old build. Nowadays if you're just gaming you'll want at most a 4790K, but a 4690K is still perfectly fine, along with a Z97 board. Dual 980s would be preferable to dual 780 Ti's, and having 32GB of RAM and two Intel 730s is WAY overkill for a gaming PC. Also Spectre Pro's suck

Desktop: Intel Core i5 2380P (2400 w/o iGPU), MSI H61, 8GB RAM, 256GB SP610, 500GB WD Blue, HIS R9 280, Antec TruePower Classic 550W, Inwin MANA 134, QNIX QX2710, CM QuickFire Rapid, Logitech G402

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L40D, AMD A6-6310, 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Radeon R4 Graphics, 14" 1366x768

Phone: iPhone 6 Space Gray 64GB, T-Mobile $60/mo 3GB plan
