Never buy from eBay, reddit has way better deals. In your price range you could probably get a R9 280/X

Hey Guys, I'm sorry i am flooding its just that I need to know a lot of stuff, so should I buy a used card from ebay? Or a GTX 750 ti or R9 270?

This is the best one you could get for under 150$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131570&cm_re=280-_-14-131-570-_-Product. This 280 will be significantly faster then a 750ti or a 270.
