M.2 not working after shutdown

Windows 7 OS working good on M.2 with storage on a 1T HDD restarts fine while working through the day. When I shut it down for the night and wake up the next morning the OS says insert system disk like it's not reading the M.2 I have to take it out and re insert the M.2 and then it works,,,,How can I fix this? ,,,,,,Crutial 250Gb M.2 Z97X-UD5H
